Melatonin Advanced 10mg Time Release

Natrol® Melatonin Advanced is a 2-layer controlled-release tablet that releases melatonin quickly to help you fall asleep faster, and then the inner controlled-release layer helps you stay asleep throughout the night.

Suggested use:

Adults, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. WARNING: Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. This product is not intended to treat insomnia or other sleep disorders. Consult a physician before using this product if you are taking medication, have any medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, have an autoimmune condition or depressive disorder, using any tranquilizer or sedative. Melatonin may cause drowsiness or drowsiness, do not take it when driving or operating heavy machinery, or when consuming alcohol. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use. For occasional short-term use only. Use only as directed and do not exceed the suggested dosage. This product should never replace healthy sleep practices. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
