Suggested use:

Shake well before each use. 4 ml = 1 mg. Adults, take four 1 ml drops 30 minutes before bedtime. It can be taken directly. WARNING: This product is not intended to treat insomnia or other sleep disorders. Consult a doctor before using this product if you are under 18 years of age, taking medication, have a medical condition, pregnant or nursing, have an autoimmune condition, or a depressive disorder. Melatonin may cause drowsiness or drowsiness, do not take it when driving or operating heavy machinery, or when consuming alcohol. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use.
